It all begins with an initial consultation. It’s difficult to assess a property of which you haven't actually stepped foot in! I love to meet my clients in person and understand their unique needs and what is going to work best for them.

There may be some (or a lot) of updates that would make the property more attractive to buyers. We assess these together and determine the best ROI and ROTI (return on time invested) for your situation. In addition, getting a pre-inspection done on the property assures there are no surprises that a future buyer may bring up, and we prefer to take care of these repairs prior to entering escrow.

A few days prior to listing, we want your home sparkling clean to make sure it is showing at its best! I hire my trusted cleaner to do a deep clean and we keep it this way while on the market.
